Program Information:

  • Duration: Two, two and a half-hour (total of 5 hrs.) training sessions

Price for training: $1,500.00  for the 1st student – Additional students are $150 extra per student

You will learn the following:

Learn how to enter data properly into ACT! – Data field capture into Contact and Companies, notes & histories, opportunities, etc.

Search through all the data you have captured to find exactly what you are looking for.

Organize yourself so nothing slips through the cracks.

Communicate like never before – Documents, e-mail, reports, etc.

This training program is designed to give your ACT administrators and support staff the Admin functions of the ACT! software.

Program Information:

This Advanced ACT!  CRM training program is designed for ACT users who have had the basic ACT! training and now want to use the ACT! software more strategically and take things to the next level. Our advanced CRM strategies are delivered in 5 core disciplines over a 2 month time frame (Live over the internet), giving you 25 hours of maximum exposure for success.
