Tracking contacts, sometimes you don’t want to create an activity for someone to remind you about something important, but you want to be able to track those contacts and keep them top-of-mind that you need to deal with in the short term, the Radar feature will allow you to do that and track exactly what you need to be reminded of without having an activity.
